Blue Quality Services has expertise in roofing best practices throughout design and construction of new buildings. Our team has extensive knowledge of proper installation techniques from our experience evaluating, specifying, and observing roof systems installation during construction.
Our Professional Engineers, Registered Roofing Consultants, and field services technicians are trained to conduct thorough design reviews and observations phased throughout construction, ensuring systems installation conforms with the design and Owners Project Requirements. Our services include:

The frequency of our roof observations vary from project to project depending on weather events, system complexity, building size, or client needs. Blue Quality Services offers a comprehensive, daily site presence, as well as individual visits to observe installation and progress of construction. As with our Enclosure Quality Assurance Program, field reports and issues lists are delivered immediately after each visit, allowing the appropriate parties to address non-conformance issues at the speed of construction.
We typically encourage clients to begin these services at the project onset to establish positive working relationships with tradesmen and encourage proper construction protocols.
Roof Anchor Point Testing & Certification
Blue Quality Services tests and certifies in-situ roof anchors to verify they meet applicable OSHA requirements. These services are performed for building owners to meet compliance requirements or re-certify anchor points for warrantee purposes. Our structural capacity testing of roof anchor tiebacks is in accordance with ANCI/IWCA I-14.1-2001. This test gives window-cleaning contractors greater assurance that the roof anchors have been designed, installed, inspected and maintained according to the standard.
